We engaged Minc Elevator Consulting to tender for a new elevator maintenance contract on our behalf. The tender was handled in a professional manner with excellent communication throughout. At the end of it, and with very little effort on our part, Minc presented us with a comprehensive report outlining and comparing the responses and with a recommendation for us to accept. For the reasonable fee charged by Minc, we now have a new maintenance contract with terms far more advantageous to ourselves, a lift company that should better fit our requirements, and an annual saving of greater than $5000.
